Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to join a dynamic team that supports a group of Western restaurants. This role is crucial for ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in optimal condition, allowing for efficient operations and a high-quality dining experience.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, grills, and refrigeration units.Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Collaborate with kitchen staff to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize disruption.Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for repairs.Keep maintenance records and reports for all equipment serviced.Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.QualificationsProven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures.Ability to troubleshoot and repair various kitchen appliances efficiently.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required.Must be currently residing in the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
