Seeking a Dining Establishment Supervisor with UAE experience and willing to relocate to Ras-al-Khaimah.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.Collaborate with staff to monitor day-to-day restaurant procedures.Deliver high-quality food and beverage service and optimize guest experience.Respond effectively and appropriately to customer issues.Regularly review product quality.Plan and implement changes as needed.Assess team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.Forecast future requirements for goods, kitchen equipment and cleaning products.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.Maintain the restaurant's good image and suggest improvement strategies.Control operating costs and identify actions to reduce waste.Develop detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenditures.Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.Train new and current staff on proper customer service methods.Audit food safety standards and implement plans to sustain safe operations.Implement procedures to maintain smooth future restaurant operations.Qualifications / RequirementsExperience as a Kitchen/Restaurant Manager or similar role in UAE.Willingness to relocate to Ras al-Khaimah (preferred).Arabic language preferred.Ability to commute or relocate before starting work.Job DetailsJob Type: PermanentSalary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 4,500.00 per monthLocation: Ras al-Khaimah, UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
