ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all kitchen and laundry equipmentTroubleshoot and repair equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, steamers, grills, fryers, washers, dryers, flatwork ironers and pressesRespond promptly to breakdowns to minimize operational downtimeConduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate maintenance logs and service reportsCoordinate with kitchen and laundry teams to plan maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with health safety and hygiene standardsMonitor spare parts usage and report requirements to the Engineering teamAssist with installation and commissioning of new equipmentEnsure proper use of tools and adherence to safety proceduresQualificationsTechnical Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 23 years experience in a hotel resort or similar environmentKnowledge of hotel safety standards and preventive maintenance systemsExperience with multinational brand standards is an advantageRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
