KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Preventative Maintenance & Inspection: Perform regular checks, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments on kitchen and refrigeration equipment to prevent breakdowns.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment (refrigeration, gas, steam, electric) to minimize downtime.Installation & Testing: Install new kitchen appliances and calibrate them to meet manufacturer specifications.System Optimization: Ensure optimal efficiency of equipment, focusing on energy savings and water conservation.Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory usage.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates within safety standards, adhering to food service and health regulations.Required Qualifications:Language: English (Speaking & Reading)Age should be above 25 year and below 40 years old.All the candidates should have experience in the same field.Candidates should be medically & physically fit for the work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
