The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching young children, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent English language skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.Job Description:The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment in which young children can learn and develop. The teacher will design lesson plans and activities that are appropriate to the age group, provide instruction as needed, assess student progress, maintain records of student achievement and behaviour, collaborate with other teachers and administrators on curriculum development, provide one-on-one support when needed, manage classroom resources, participate in parent/teacher meetings when necessary, maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages learning, implement behaviour management strategies when necessary.Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of all students• Provide instruction in both large and small groups• Assess students’ progress throughout the school year• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behaviour• Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development• Provide guidance for individual students who require extra support or attention• Manage classroom resources efficiently• Participate in parent/teacher meetings when necessary • Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and discoveryQualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field • Minimum two years’ experience working as a Kindergarten teacher preferred • Excellent English language skills (verbal & written) • Understanding of early childhood education principles & best practices • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Must be an organized individual with strong interpersonal & communication skills • Must pass background check prior to start date • Salary: 1800 AED per monthThis job has no reviews yet.
