This role is ideal for a South African female educator who is a native English speaker and has a genuine passion for nurturing young learners in a diverse multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 3‑6 years.Foster a warm safe and stimulating classroom environment.Plan and implement educational activities that promote early literacy, numeracy and social‑emotional development.Observe, assess and document children's progress.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well‑being.Incorporate play‑based and inquiry‑led learning approaches.Uphold the school’s values and curriculum standards.RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (mandatory).Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting.Native English speaker (South African nationality only).Valid teaching certification/license preferred (e.g. PGCE).Previous international teaching experience is an advantage.Familiarity with British EYFS, Reggio Emilia or IB PYP framework preferred.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong classroom management abilities.Creative, energetic and nurturing personality.Culturally sensitive and adaptable to new environments.Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.BenefitsSalary & BenefitsSalary: AED 12,000 to AED 14,000, Visa, Medical, Flight Tickets#J-18808-Ljbffr
