People who live in this area benefit from the active lifestyle that the environment encourages, with the excitement of Dubai only an hour and a half away.The RoleYou will be teaching a Kindergarten (KG) grade class (aged between 3 and 5) through the Australian curriculum.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Victorian (Australian) curriculumFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment with a strong focus on student well-beingUtilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilitiesAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackCollaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student successParticipate in professional development opportunitiesMaintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, demonstrating cultural sensitivityRequirementsBachelors / Post-graduate studies in education / relevant teaching subjectValid teaching licence/ current teaching registration preferably from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, US or Canada (e.g. VIT, QTS).Minimum 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience at relevant age rangeExperience with the Australian Curriculum is advantageous but not essentialPrevious international teaching experience, particularly within the Middle East context, would be an advantageDynamic and creative approach to teaching and motivating studentsFlexibility and resilience required to work in a team at fast growing schoolsTax-free salary paid on a scale linked to teaching experienceEnd of service gratuityHousing options – furnished apartment or allowance (financial contribution)Annual flight allowance to the point of originHealth insurance4-day working week Monday to ThursdayOpportunities for professional development2 year contract with renewal optionsAbout ANZUK EducationANZUK Education has supported educators since 2004.
