In just two years we have on-boarded 850+ contracting companies, supported giga-projects such as<strong>NEOM</strong>and<strong>King Salman Park</strong>, and scaled RFQs to $350 million while keeping positive unit economics.</p><p>As a Key Account Manager in BRKZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base, contributing directly to the success of the company&addressing the needs of our customers.</p><h3>What You will do (Responsibilities) :</h3><ul><li>Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.</li><li>Understand the specific needs and requirements of customers in the industry.</li><li>Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.</li><li>Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches/presentations and proposals.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.</li><li>Achieve set collection milestones with the ongoing customers and sales targets.</li><li>Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Who You are (Qualifications) :</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business or relative years of working experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry or any related subsidiary industry.</li><li>Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency or familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.</li></ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul><li>Excellent opportunity to be part of a start-up with a lot of responsibility and independence early on and where you will have an impact on the entire business.</li><li>The best idea wins; we are all ears when it comes to ways to do things better.</li><li>You’ll get to experience unique technology built to empower your experience in the company and help you better serve the customers.</li><li>Exciting stock options.</li><li>Attractive compensation package with access to Commission, Premium Health Insurance, and Family Iqama Coverage.</li></ul><p>Pls note : Certain positions eventual grading might be subject to interview performance, this allows great talent to shine regardless of years of experience and keeps a fair process based on how big of an impact you deliver in the organization.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
