<div><p>We have an excellent Job Opening for the position of Key Account Manager for a multinational manufacturing company within Home Care and Personal Care in Sharjah.</p><h3>Purpose of the Job</h3><p>To service, support and grow relationship with our largest customer.</p><p>To develop new Multinational customers for the company.</p><p>To meet sales shipment targets.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead cross functional teams to deliver on customer programs.</li><li>Develop close Personal Relationships with Key Customers globally.</li><li>Develop business improvement opportunities</li><li>Meet agreed sales targets.</li><li>Negotiate effectively with the customers to best managed pricing and terms and conditions of our sales.</li><li>Uncover new opportunities</li><li>Learn and understand the Miller/Heiman method of strategic selling.</li><li>Produce account plans accordingly.</li><li>Communicate effectively internally and externally.</li><li>Forecast existing customer sales.</li><li>Develop new opportunities.</li><li>Budget the new sales.</li><li>Close the new sales arrangements with signed contracts.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>minimum Five years’ experience as Key Account Manager, preferably in a manufacturing company within Home Care and Personal Care</li><li>Bachelor’s degree, minimum.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain, negotiation techniques and Customer service.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and/or Sales Force will be preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
