<div><h3>Company Description</h3><ul><li><b>ABOUT US</b></li></ul><p>Swiss Hospitality Company is a professional consulting and development company on a mission, to upgrade the service quality within the hospitality and tourism industry in Saudi Arabia through its offerings.</p><ul><li><b>OUR VISION</b></li></ul><p>Becoming the leading force for change and development in the Hospitality industry from the private sector in Saudi Arabia.</p><ul><li><b>OUR MISSION</b></li></ul><p>To revolutionize the Hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia and enable Saudi calibers by adopting Swiss standards, international best-practices and integrating fine Saudi Hospitality values.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>Job Overview:</h3><p>You will be responsible for handling the candidates those haveappliedfor ourtraining programs as well as coordinating those programs until fully fulfilled.</p><h3>Main Tasks&Duties:</h3><ul><li>Screening resumes&Performing interviews with candidates.</li><li>Maintain candidates' information on the database.</li><li>Following up on the interview process status.</li><li>Compiling reports on recruitment.</li><li>Follow up with employers on contracts, interviews and project needs.</li><li>Communicate with companies on collecting their recruitment needs on Monday.</li><li>Maintain a database of potential candidates / employers .</li><li>Maintain leads with employers .</li><li>Draft MOU for key partners.</li><li>Headhunting and talent search.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.</li><li>Directs, monitors projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, analyzing, reporting, controlling, and evaluating functions associated with projects.</li><li>Communicate with candidates on job openings and create ads .</li><li>Track the candidate’s registration on Monday for interview with employers.</li><li>Reviewing proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for project completion and allotment of available resources to various phases.</li><li>Communicating with employers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.</li><li>Liaising with company executives and CEO office team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor inBusiness Administration or any major relevant field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Must have the following skills:</li><li>Fluent in English&Arabic</li><li>Microsoft Office</li><li>Willing to learn and develop</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
