Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive the growth of Aqara Smart Home and Smart Building solutions across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT Smart Home or telecom enterprise sales with proven experience managing key accounts such as telcos developers system integrators and government entities.This role will focus on account development solution selling and ecosystem partnerships supporting JSTs strategic expansion in the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Business DevelopmentManage and grow relationships with key accounts including telcos real estate developers hospitality groups and system integratorsIdentify new business opportunities for Aqara Smart Home / Smart Office solutionsDevelop account plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue targetsAct as the main point of contact for assigned strategic clientsSolution SellingPromote Aqaras full ecosystem including:Smart home automation (lighting curtain sensors)Energy-saving solutions (2025% efficiency improvement)Smart building / hospitality solutionsUnderstand client requirements and propose end-to-end IoT solutionsWork closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized proposalsPartner & Ecosystem DevelopmentDevelop partnerships with:Telecom operatorsReal estate developersSmart building integratorsDrive co-selling opportunities and joint go-to-market initiativesSupport channel partners in closing dealsProject CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (sales technical logistics) to ensure smooth project deliveryFollow up on project progress client satisfaction and after-sales supportMarket IntelligenceMonitor UAE smart home and IoT market trendsProvide insights on competitors pricing and customer needsSupport management in shaping go-to-market strategiesRequirementsExperienceMinimum 5 years of sales / account management experience in the UAEProven experience in one or more of the following:Smart Home / IoT solutionsTelecom enterprise salesSystem integration / ELV / smart buildingStrong network with UAE stakeholders (developers telcos enterprises)SkillsStrong B2B solution selling capabilityExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage complex long sales cyclesCommercial awareness and contract negotiation experienceSelf-driven result-oriented and able to work independentlyEducationBachelors degree in Engineering IT Business or related fieldPreferredExperience working with Aqara ecosystem or similar platforms (Apple HomeKit Google Home Alexa SmartThings)Experience working with UAE government or large enterprise accountsArabic speaking is a plusBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commission structureExposure to large-scale IoT and smart city projectsFast-growing and entrepreneurial work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
