And when we grow together we succeed together.Ready to lead retail success across the MENA region?Join us as our next Key Account Manager Retail (MENA)!Where Youll WorkRegion: MENA (Middle East & North Africa)Travel: Regular across key marketsReporting to: Retail Director MENALanguages: Arabic & English fluency requiredWhat Youll DoRetail Strategy & GrowthBuild and execute strategic retail plans per market in line with business goalsAlign local distributor teams with McCains ambitions and performance KPIsDistributor & Partner LeadershipOwn and lead the relationship with distributors (RTM model)Conduct robust business reviews on targets, stock levels, sell-in, support and activationsEnsure strong alignment with channel and brand marketingKey Account ManagementDevelop advanced partnerships with top regional retailersIdentify new opportunities (PL category expansion, regional deals, new models)Support trade marketing execution: POS tools, promotions, activationsSales Operations & ForecastingCollaborate with demand planning and distributors on accurate forecastingMonitor IMS stock levels and ensure timely order managementFollow up on payment terms A/R and credit management in coordination with financeMarket IntelligenceTrack category trends, shopper behaviour and competitor activitiesReport business insights and market risks across MENAWhat You BringUniversity degree in Business, Marketing or related field57 years experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food/Retail/Distributor-led markets)Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)Commercial sharpness able to manage P&L drivers, margins and forecast accuracyExcellent stakeholder management both internal and externalA structured yet entrepreneurial mindset: strategic thinking meets hands-on executionWillingness to travel across the regionWhy McCainAt McCain you don’t just take a job you join a global family that believes in people-first culture, shared success and real impact.
