<div><p>🔷Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions – Net2Source Inc.</p><p>Job Title: Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - FMGC</p><p>Job Purpose:</p><p>We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia to lead and grow their Modern Trade business across Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>Sales&Business Growth</h3><ul><li>Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across key accounts</li><li>Plan and execute promotions, activations, and product launches</li><li>Ensure strong in-store execution and visibility</li><li>Manage budgets, pricing, and promotional calendars</li></ul><h3>Key Account Management</h3><ul><li>Build strong relationships with major retail partners</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction and preferred supplier status</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the sales team</li><li>Identify training needs and support skill development</li><li>Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews</li></ul><h3>Operations&Execution</h3><ul><li>Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections</li><li>Ensure compliance with company credit policies</li><li>Maintain accurate sales reports and market insights</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Communication</h3><ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports</li><li>Present performance updates and action plans to management</li></ul><h3>Requirements&Skills:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Modern Trade</li><li>Strong commercial and analytical skills</li><li>Experience in sales, trade marketing, or category management</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Strong MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage</li></ul><h3>🔻About Net2Source Inc.</h3><p>Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.</p><p>🏆Recognized by INC 5000&SIA</p><p>🌈We support inclusive hiring practices in accordance with UAE labor law.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
