This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business GrowthDrive monthly and quarterly sales targets across key accountsPlan and execute promotions, activations, and product launchesEnsure strong in-store execution and visibilityManage budgets, pricing, and promotional calendarsKey Account ManagementBuild strong relationships with major retail partnersConduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure high customer satisfaction and preferred supplier statusLead, coach, and develop the sales teamIdentify training needs and support skill developmentConduct regular field visits and performance reviewsOperations & ExecutionMonitor receivables and ensure timely collectionsEnsure compliance with company credit policiesMaintain accurate sales reports and market insightsReporting & CommunicationPrepare weekly and monthly sales reportsPresent performance updates and action plans to managementRequirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Modern TradeStrong commercial and analytical skillsExperience in sales, trade marketing, or category managementFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Strong MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantageAbout Net2Source Inc.Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.Recognized by INC 5000 & SIAWe support inclusive hiring practices in accordance with UAE labor law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
