We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and UAE and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA‑P region.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Key Account Manager to own relationships with our most important enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be the single point of contact responsible for growth, retention, and day‑to‑day service excellence—partnering closely with Operations, Pricing, Product, and Finance to deliver results.What You'll DoOwn the relationship: Build multi‑level relationships (operations, supply chain, procurement, finance) and drive account plans that grow volume and wallet share.Deliver service excellence: Ensure on‑time pickups/deliveries, fast issue resolution, and strong communication. Lead regular business reviews with data‑backed insights.Grow the business: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities (e.g., rentals, domestic lanes, cross‑border).
