We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Commercial Department as the Key Account Manager (KSA)- Knauf Exterior Systems, based in KSA.</p><p>Knauf stands for opportunity. This exciting role within Knauf Aquapanel Team, in KSA could be the perfect next opportunity for you to build a unique career, in a values-led culture with a clear purpose of making tomorrow a home for all of us.</p><h3>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:</h3><ul><li><p>Provide technical expertise and advice to new and existing customer bases in order to develop a close long-term relationship that ensures they continue/increase levels of business with KNAUF Exterior Systems.</p></li><li><p>Identify and make contact with potential customers engaged on target construction projects to secure specifications and contracts.</p></li><li><p>Produce designs, specifications and details for architects, designers and contractors to ensure that KNAUF Exterior Systems are specified.</p></li><li><p>If required, maintain a close contact with Knauf Marketing Department to ensure that a strong brand presence is continued within target market.</p></li><li><p>If requested, monitoring of on-site construction in collaboration with the contractor to provide advice and solutions to problems encountered.</p></li><li><p>If requested, negotiate project technical terms with sub-contractors.</p></li><li><p>Provide solutions to design problems to the customer base that fully comply with accepted standards and Industry codes of practice.</p></li><li><p>Provide representation and advice to professional bodies to further enhance Knauf’s profile and influence industry issues to Knauf’s benefit.</p></li><li><p>If necessary, provide technical assistance and training to the sales team to help them with particular customers and projects.</p></li><li><p>Provide market knowledge to loyal customers in order to increase their business and, thus, enhance our own business.</p></li><li><p>Research markets for ancillary products and make recommendations to support/ complete the KNAUF Exterior System (e.g. metal trims etc.)</p></li></ul><h3>WHAT WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:</h3><ul><li><p>3-5 years experience in the construction industry, ideally in sales or specification.</p></li><li><p>Technical degree in a construction-related field (Engineering or Architecture).</p></li><li><p>Based in KSA, with a valid KSA driving license.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the construction value chain.</p></li><li><p>Solid market awareness within the KSA construction sector.</p></li><li><p>A problem-solving mindset and comfort with technical topics.</p></li></ul><h3>WE.
