Job Description

The Key Account Manager carries the responsibility for developing, overseeing and executing our enterprise sales. And this is an absolutely key role in developing and maintaining our long-term business relationships with our customers.Main responsibilities:Achieve quarterly and annual set targets from Enterprise on NALEstablish and maintain executive level relationships to create a qualified pipeline and drive revenueDevelop contacts with customers into leads and work through the entire sales cycleArticulate the value of our product/service to higher level within customer organizationIdentify, develop and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospective customers in the large enterprise segmentPosition Kaspersky Lab specialized services like cyber security training, threat intelligence services, Anti APT etc to large enterprisesSupply proposals and product to prospectsFunnel reporting and updates using SalesForceWork in close connection with Partner Account managers to ensure the deal closure and full sales cycle support by appropriate reseller or system integratorIndependently driving the entire sales cycle for customer acquisitionStay updated with competitive landscape and latest trends in the security marketWork as a trusted consultant for enterprise clients, to get Kaspersky products & services empaneled as their preferred choiceLead the process of timely response to RFP’s, along with partners & colleaguesPresent Kaspersky Portfolio of product & services at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams on the regular basisCo‑ordinate with Global Enterprise Sales TeamRequirements:Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent5+ years direct account management in cyber security in handling large accountsKnowledge of cyber security solutionsStrong, documented track record of achievement against quotaShould have past history of presentations to large corporatesCurrent contacts / relationships at CxO level in large accountsNew business hunter and a proactive go‑getter with a winning mentalityExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly developed social skills and ability to manage relationships at all levelsTarget‑driven and result‑focusedStrong business and executive level sales acumenStrong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communications skills in interacting with people at all levelsAble to work under pressure, multi‑tasking and meet deadlinesEnglish: fluent; Arabic is desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
