Key Account Manager (Huawei Project required in KSA) (Only Saudi Arabia located person can apply)Salary Range: 6000-7000/-SARKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain strong relationships with the Huawei team as the primary point of contact.Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and Huawei.Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and ensuring timely proposal submissions.Coordinate service delivery, ensuring all project activities meet agreed timelines and quality standards.Monitor SLAs, track performance, and address any service gaps proactively.Handle invoicing activities, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of monthly bills.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client interactions and project progress.Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably with Huawei or in the telecom industry.Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and documentation.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
