This role focuses on driving distributor capability, performance, and alignment with company strategy to achieve sustainable double‑digit growth. You’ll act as the commercial bridge between cross‑functional teams and distributor partners to ensure smooth execution, innovation rollout, and market expansion acrossQSR, HORECA, and institutional channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute theFoodservice distributor strategyacross KSA and GCC markets.Build strong partnerships with key distributors to drive growth, innovation, and profitability.Identify new distribution opportunities to strengthen national and regional coverage.LeadJoint Business Planning (JBP)and quarterly performance reviews with distributors.Collaborate withCulinary, R&D, and Marketing teamsto commercialize new product concepts.Drive market execution through launches, menu activations, and culinary demonstrations.Ensure accurate forecasting, pricing compliance, and CRM data management.Develop the commercial and culinary capability of distributor sales teams.Championlocal talent development (Saudization)and promote a culture of growth and integrity.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Distributor sales and margin growthOn‑time innovation launches and execution ratesDistributor capability and training completionNew operator wins and channel penetrationForecast accuracy and pricing governanceQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s inBusiness, Marketing, or Food Technology.8–12 yearsof experience in Foodservice or B2B food ingredient sales.Proven success managing distributor networks and achieving commercial growth.Strong understanding ofKSA’s Foodservice market(QSR, HORECA, institutional).Fluent inEnglish and Arabic.Skilled inCRM (365), MS Office, negotiation, and financial analysis.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
