KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER: FMCG

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail and distribution sectors.Create and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company objectives.Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and take proactive measures.Coordinate closely with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure excellent service delivery.Monitor account performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and service issues.Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices in key account management.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the UAE FMCG industry.Proven track record in building strategic customer relationships and delivering sales targets.Strong knowledge of UAE retail channels, distribution networks, and trade dynamics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.Benefits OfferedCompany-sponsored Employment VisaComprehensive Medical InsuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceAttractive Salary Package and Performance-Based IncentivesOpportunities for Growth and Career AdvancementWe kindly request that only candidates who meet the requirements and qualifications stated in the job description apply.
