<div><h3>Key Account Manager – Industrial Automation, IoT&AI Solutions</h3><p>📍Industry: Industrial Instrumentation and Automations</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute<b>Key Account Manager</b>to lead the sales and business development of advanced<b>Industrial AI, IoT, Automation, and Digital Transformation solutions</b>across key sectors in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>This role focuses on driving strategic growth by managing key client relationships and delivering integrated solutions including<b>Instrumentation, SCADA, DCS, BMS, IoT, Robotics, and Smart Industrial Systems</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Sales&Business Development</h3><ul><li>Drive end-to-end sales of<b>Industrial AI, IoT, Automation, SCADA, DCS, BMS, and Robotics solutions</b></li><li>Identify new business opportunities across<b>Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, Water&Utilities, and Industrial sectors</b></li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure</li></ul><h3>Key Account Management</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing value-driven solutions</li><li>Manage long-term contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention</li></ul><h3>Technical&Solution Selling</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design customized solutions</li><li>Present and position integrated solutions including:</li><li>SCADA&DCS Systems</li><li>Instrumentation&Automation</li><li>Building Management Systems (BMS)</li><li>Robotics&Smart Manufacturing Solutions</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements</li><li>Support go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives</li><li>Identify opportunities in digitalization, smart industry, and Industry 4.0</li></ul><h3>Commercial&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and commercial termsAchieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs</li><li>Oil&Gas</li><li>Infrastructure&Smart Cities</li><li>Water&Wastewater Utilities</li><li>Manufacturing&Industrial Sectors</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation) or related field</li><li>Minimum<b>8+ years of proven experience</b>in selling:</li><li>SCADA / DCS Solutions</li><li>Instrumentation</li><li><b>IoT / AI / Digital Transformation / Robotics solutions</b></li><li>Strong experience in the<b>Saudi Arabia market</b>with an established client network</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strategic Account Management</li><li>Consultative / Solution Selling</li><li>Strong Negotiation&Closing Skills</li><li>Technical Understanding of Automation Systems</li><li>Relationship Management&Stakeholder Engagement</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
