In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze sales trends, develop strategic plans, and build long-term partnerships will be crucial to success.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client needs are met with excellence.Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess client satisfaction.Sales & Revenue GrowthIdentify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.Strategic Planning & Market AnalysisAnalyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.Develop customized account plans to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and services.Contract & Account ManagementNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.Ensure compliance with terms, maintaining high standards of service.Reporting & InsightsMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.RequirementsStrong analytical and business planning skills.Proven experience in key account management and sales.Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in the floral industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
