Key Account Manager- ADNOC

Location - UAE (Abu Dhabi)Minimum Requirements:Education: Graduate level in Engineering preferably with MBAExperience: Minimum 8 years experience in developing and managing portfolio for larger accounts in oil & gas sector predominantly ADNOC group.Very familiar with the stakeholders of work location in the o&g sector.Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering negotiations and finalizations.Must have or be able to quickly develop relationships at various levels in assigned accounts.Must be fluent in English and Arabic.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a more enhanced portfolio for larger accounts while leading accounts more independently and strategically arrange a C-level meeting to drive organizational growth and strategic account optimization.Develop Strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio of accountsManage the P & L for assigned accounts including accurate forecasting and budgeting.Identification preparation and submission of pre-qualification expression of interest offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.Interface with clients to continuously calibrate their expectations with BVsperformance and resolve or escalate issues that do not meet client expectations.Collect monitor and disseminate data on sourcing and/or market trends along with client needs to feedback to the operations team.Monitor identify and communicate to relevant parties any risk or opportunities based on continuous review of the health of the accountEnsure creation and execution of account reviews quarterlyManage client meetings and presentations along with participating in training seminars and/or tradeshows.Promote and leverage BV brandKPIs3 years plan implementationNew sales objectives as per budgetActual Sales revenue and profit versus budget.Maintenance of empaneled/pre-qualification/agency list with clients.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills IT Hardware,Ado,Agriculture,Market Research,Art And Craft Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
