This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance.</p><h3>Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.</li><li>Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.</li><li>Mange Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.</li><li>Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.</li><li>Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.</li><li>Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.</li><li>Monitor and report competitive activities.</li><li>Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.</li><li>Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.</li><li>Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Measures</h3><ul><li>Execution Standard.</li><li>Set Journey plan adherence</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Experience / Competencies Required</h3><ul><li>Management skills experience direct sales team.</li><li>Service-level oriented.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
