About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Key Account Executive to manage and grow our omnichannel business across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Namshi, 6th Street, and Lifestyle. This role requires a strong blend of operational excellence, analytical thinking, and business acumen to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless backend execution across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the numbers and drive topline growth across key marketplacesIdentify growth opportunities through pricing, assortment expansion, and visibility optimizationExecute platform-specific strategies to maximize sellouts and brand presenceHands‑on management of marketplace backends (listing, pricing, promotions, inventory updates)Own the catalog health, content quality, and platform complianceCoordinate with internal and external teams for timely updates and issue resolutionManage end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations across multiple channelsInventory PlanningPlan and execute demand forecasting and replenishment strategiesManage inventory flow including replenishment and pullback across channelsWork closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availabilityDrive efficient stock allocation across platforms to minimize stock‑outs and overstockingOrder & Supply Chain CoordinationCoordinate internally for raising POs, ASNs, and ensuring timely dispatchValidate GRNs and ensure accurate stock reconciliation across systemsIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecksPerform detailed sales and inventory reconciliations across platformsTrack payments, deductions, and discrepancies; ensure timely resolutionGenerate actionable reports and insights to improve business performanceStakeholder & Relationship ManagementManage relationships with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teamsEnsure alignment on business goals and execution plansKey Requirements5–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in Watches / Fashion / LifestyleStrong understanding of omnichannel e‑commerce business modelsHands‑on experience with marketplace backends (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.)Proven ability in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock managementStrong reconciliation and analytical skills (Excel Skills - Non‑negotiable)Experience in managing POs, ASNs, and GRN validationStrategic thinker with strong business acumen – Number DrivenAbility to identify growth opportunities and drive executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environmentExperience with ERP is mandatory - NAV/BC will be a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
