<div><p>As a Key Account Leader at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our footprint within key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding and the ability to deliver AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation solutions that create measurable business impact.</p><p>You’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment, engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and build long-term strategic partnerships.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for key accounts, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.</li><li>Drive strategic account management for one to three key client accounts, with ~60% focus on farming activities including overseeing delivery execution, invoicing, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship stewardship. Balance this with ~40% business development within existing accounts.</li><li>Identifying new opportunities, building executive-level connections, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding service adoption by positioning Quantiphi’s capabilities in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud solutions tailored across industries.</li><li>Act as the primary client representative on-site at customer and Google offices, enable presales engagements, coordinate RFP responses, run customer‑centric events, and manage key partner relationships (e.g., Google) to maximize revenue and growth.</li><li>Drive account expansion by identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across business lines (e.g., life, health, property&casualty).</li><li>Establish and maintain strong C‑level and senior executive relationships across business, technology, and procurement functions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal Technology, Go‑To‑Market, and Solution teams to develop industry‑specific offerings that address critical insurance challenges such as claims optimization, fraud detection, customer experience, and underwriting automation.</li><li>Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation — ensuring seamless execution of MSAs, SoWs, and commercial agreements.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, introducing innovative AI‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and customer engagement.</li><li>Partner successfully with Quantiphi’s delivery teams to ensure high‑quality project execution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10 plus years of professional experience in selling consulting services and technology solutions to large enterprises.</li><li>Strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development.</li><li>7 plus years of demonstrated success in scoping, designing, selling, and managing AI, data analytics, and/or cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle).</li><li>Strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and business development.</li><li>Experience managing contractual lifecycles, including negotiating MSAs, SoWs, and pricing models.</li><li>Exceptional executive‑level engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.</li><li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage an account end‑to‑end, including sales, delivery oversight, and team coordination.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
