About the job Key Account/Client Servicing ExecutiveAs Key Account/Client ServicingExecutive, the role holders responsibilities include working closely with the Account Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. The role holder will perform various coordinating tasks, including schedule and sourcing, site visits, and administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and informationTo help the team in preparing project concepts and ideas as per the clients briefBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure that clients needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseRunning the on-ground operations for the whole duration of event/activationCoordinating, staffing requirements, and staff briefingAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expendituresIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of the agreement)Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance testsOverseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently#J-18808-Ljbffr
