The ideal candidate will have prior experience in related fields.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Ensure on-site safety and operational order for Keeta drone deployments. Coordinate and communicate effectively with field personnel and teams to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.</li><li>Oversee order fulfillment and manage regional workforce allocation. Accurately assess real-time field conditions and supervise key operational processes, including takeoff and landing procedures.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate safety risks during operations, and respond promptly to safety-related incidents. Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong culture of safety awareness across all operational staff.</li></ol><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field is required; a strong academic background is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using common office software and performing basic computer operations.</li><li>Candidates with logistics experience or frontline management experience in the logistics industry are preferred.
