Job Description Role Overview: As a Kafka Integration LEAD L1 at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the integration of Kafka systems. With 8-12 years of technical experience in Kafka Integration, you will be responsible for setting up Kafka clusters, working with Ansible scripts, and ensuring seamless operations in a 24x7 environment. Your expertise in Kafka, Ansible, CICD, and Red Hat Linux will be essential in driving successful outcomes for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and support the process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters - Review performance dashboard and scores for the team, providing technical support and process guidance to improve performance parameters - Record, track, and document all queries received, along with successful and unsuccessful resolutions - Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures for resolving client queries within defined SLAs - Identify trends in call logs to prevent future problems and escalate serious client issues promptly - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations as per SLA and quality requirements - Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge and conduct trainings to bridge skill gaps - Stay updated on product features, changes, and updates by enrolling in relevant trainings and participating in self-learning opportunities Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of strong technical experience in Kafka Integration - Experienced in setting up Kafka clusters and working with Ansible scripts - Very sound technical knowledge of Kafka, Ansible, CICD, and Red Hat Linux - Ability to handle technical escalations and resolve client queries within defined SLAs - Experience in mentoring and guiding team members to enhance operational excellence - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members Reinvent your world with Wipro Limited, a digital transformation partner that empowers you to design your own reinvention.
