Job Description

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operationsPrepare, cook, and present dishes as per brand standardsEnsure consistency in food quality, portion size, and presentationSupervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflowEnsure all mise en place is prepared fresh and on timeMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipmentEnsure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)Monitor food quality, taste, and consistencyManage food logs and kitchen documentationControl food wastage and maintain wastage recordsSupport food cost control and inventory managementEnsure proper stock storage and rotationAssist in ordering and receiving stockTrain, guide, and support junior kitchen staffPromote teamwork and maintain a positive work environmentAssist in recruitment and onboarding of kitchen staff when requiredHandle customer feedback and ensure satisfactionSupport service team to meet customer expectationsReport maintenance issues and kitchen hazards immediatelyEnsure all health and safety procedures are followedAssist in opening and closing kitchen operations when requiredWork closely with management and communicate effectivelyPerform additional duties as assigned by senior chefsRequirementsStrong cooking and culinary skillsKnowledge of HACCP and food safety standardsGood leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysPrevious experience in a similar role preferredPreferably Lebanese or Arabic Speakers for this position#J-18808-Ljbffr
