Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and execution of authentic Italian dishes in line with established recipes and standardsSupport daily kitchen operations including mise en place, service and closing proceduresSupervise kitchen team members and ensure efficient workflow during serviceMaintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentationEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standardsAssist with inventory control, ordering and minimizing food wastageTrain and guide junior kitchen staff, promoting skill development and teamworkEnsure proper use, care and maintenance of kitchen equipmentStep in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous ChefQualificationsMinimum 23 years of experience in a similar role within an Italian restaurantStrong knowledge of Italian cuisine ingredients and cooking techniquesExperience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environmentsGood leadership, communication and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
