Job Description As a Junior Software Developer, you will be a key member of the engineering team, contributing to the development and maintenance of scalable web applications. You will work across the full stack, building responsive user interfaces with React and robust backend services with Java Spring Boot. Under the mentorship of senior developers, you will write clean code, debug complex issues, and participate in Agile development cycles to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and React Native. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best coding practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Manage database design, queries, and performance optimization using MySQL. - Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth functionality. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Technical Skills: Java, Spring Boot, React JS, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS. - Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and a willingness to learn.
