Based in the UAE, this dynamic role demands a candidate with a flair for leadership, exceptional technical expertise, and the determination to turn plans into reality.As the Jr. Site Engineer, you will be the pivotal figure guiding the Client's personnel on-site. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and the Construction Engineer, your mission will be to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.In this exciting role, you will take charge of various facets of construction management—from meticulous planning and seamless execution to efficient vendor coordination. Reporting directly to the Solar Project Manager, you will be at the heart of the project’s execution, driving its success and leaving a lasting impact in the renewable energy landscape.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing schedules and resource allocation.Supervise all activities at the construction site, ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements and safety regulations.Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering seamless coordination.Manage materials and tools with precision, ensuring regular reconciliation and error-free auditing.Track productivity levels, implement performance optimization strategies, and boost efficiency.Provide consistent updates to the PM through detailed daily and weekly progress reports.Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and continuously refine project targets based on team performance and data insights.Maintain stringent quality standards, collaborating with the quality control team to promptly address any issues, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.Cultivate a collaborative and innovative project culture, engaging effectively with the main contractor while leveraging strong technical expertise to enhance construction processes.Inspire and motivate the team, including HSE officers, supervisors, and workers, to achieve objectives without compromising on quality, safety, or welfare.Comprehend and enforce safety systems established by the client, main contractor, or project owner, ensuring rigorous compliance and prioritizing team well-being. Make swift, logical decisions to safeguard workers’ safety when necessary.QualificationsMandatory (Entry Level) — Degree in Mechanical or Civil EngineeringPreferred — Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and proficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectivelyPossession of a valid driving license is highly advantageousImmediate joiners will be given priorityExperience (Work Related) — A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or mechanically oriented roles is requiredRecent graduates with exceptional academic performance are encouraged to applyMust demonstrate a strong ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
