Junior Sales Estimator

Role OverviewOtis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate. This role helps achieve sales growth through three main areas of responsibility: maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business, and, as required, selling modernization and repairs.On a typical day you will:Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good working relationships with existing customers.Serve as the primary contact for the timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.Develop and build repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.Create your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability.Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time.Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.QualificationsYou have a business or technical degree, or have completed training as a technician or business administrator.You have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation.You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results.You are target‑focused and able to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization.LocationUnited Arab Emirates – Otis L.L.C, 37th floor, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.Required ExperienceJunior ICEqual Opportunity EmployerOtis is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
