Job Description - Junior Sales Associate (JUN000140)Junior Sales Associate (Job Number: JUN000140)ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and direct them to experienced sales associates in each department to ensure customer needs are answered.Maintain basic procedures of customer service inside the store such as following up on orders and passing customer complaints or challenges through the correct channel to experienced employees on the shop floor.Support receiving stocks and assist in recording accurate inventory entries.Assist with replenishing products inside the store.Assist in upselling, cross‑selling, and promoting products to achieve hourly store sales targets.Support maintaining records of non‑moving products and submit reports to senior sales.Assist in merchandizing products according to senior sales recommendations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
