The role is designed for an early-carer, high-potential profile with strong digital orientation and the ability to leverage social media and AI tools to support lead generation, brand visibility, and commercial development. The position targets motivated individuals with strong learning capacity, ambition, and interest in high-end markets and the UAE business environment.Key Task and Responsibilities:Support commercial development and lead generation activities.Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through digital channels and social platforms.Actively manage social media activity to strengthen personal and KS brand visibility.Support relationship-building with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Assist senior sales team members during meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.Leverage AI tools to support market, sector, and competitor research.Enhance lead sourcing, profiling, and qualification.Optimize outreach, communication, and content creation.Maintain structured and accurate reporting on activities, leads, and opportunities.Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Limited or early-stage experience in sales, business development, or related commercial roles.Strong motivation to build a professional career in sales and business development.High learning agility, discipline, and proactive attitude.Demonstrated interest in construction, real estate, luxury, wellness, and health sectors.Ability to operate within a structured organization and progressively assume increased responsibility.Academic studies or professional training in:MarketingPublic RelationsEvent Organization and ManagementDigital & AI Competencies:Strong and active use of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.Ability to create, manage, and adapt digital content aligned with professional and premium positioning.Practical use of AI tools for content generation.Market and sector research.Lead sourcing, enrichment, and profiling.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital productivity tools is considered an advantage.Availability and Flexibility:Flexible working hours aligned with commercial and networking activities.Availability for meetings, events, and relationship-building initiatives.Willingness to travel when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
