This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a hunger for uncovering great stories and a love for creating content across platforms—print, digital and social.You’ll be part of a dynamic editorial team contributing to both online and print features, supporting editors in content creation and representing Whats On at events across the UAE.ResponsibilitiesWrite and research lifestyle and entertainment content for both print and digital platforms.Attend and cover events, launches and press briefings on behalf of Whats On.Pitch fresh ideas and assist the editor with developing feature content.Collaborate with video producers and editors to storyboard and script short‑form video content.Create engaging social media content that complements editorial features.Ensure all copy adheres to Whats On’s tone and style guidelines.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or a related field.12 years of relevant experience in editorial or content creation (internships included).Strong writing and research skills with an adaptable tone.Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic photo‑editing tools is a plus.Strong time‑management and organisational skills.A keen interest in the UAE and Saudi lifestyle, entertainment and dining scenes.Motivate Media Group is the region’s leading multi‑platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions & events, cinema, books and OOH.Interested candidates may apply by attaching a copy of their CV, a cover letter and a brief portfolio of their work.Required SkillsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
