This opportunity is suited to a structured, reliable, and autonomous professional with strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Junior PMO to support the technical and commercial management of defence-sector projects. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive candidate who can coordinate with suppliers, follow up on orders, and assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers for government tenders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the quality and completeness of tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the administrative and operational follow-up of projects and tender activitiesLiaise with local and international suppliersRequest, follow up on, and consolidate supplier quotationsMonitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, shipments, and related documentationAssist in the preparation of technical and commercial offersCoordinate the collection of compliance documents, technical datasheets, certificates, and required annexesMaintain accurate filing systems, tracking sheets, schedules, and action logsContribute to the quality, consistency, and completeness of bid submissionsQualifications1 to 3 years of experience in a junior PMO role, project coordination, tender support, procurement support, sales administration, or commercial operationsPrevious experience in a defense trading company in the UAE is a strong advantageExposure to defense, security, aerospace, industry, or public sector tenders is a plusStrong writing and document structuring skillsGood command of Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to manage several files and tasks in parallelGood understanding of supplier coordination, order follow-up, lead times, and document complianceFluent in Arabic and EnglishAdditional InformationStrong interpersonal skillsHigh level of organizationReliability and sense of responsibilityAbility to work autonomouslyPractical mindset, rigor, and solution-oriented attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet short deadlinesProfessional maturity, discretion, and confidentialityStrong ownership and follow-up disciplinePlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
