<div><p>The profile focuses on planning and coordinating the activities related to the start-up phase of plants and complex industrial systems. The role ensures the operational alignment between the Technical, Construction, Procurement and Plant&Equipment departments of the Project.</p><p>The main goal is defining a detailed plant that can integrate the activities and contributions of all involved bodies, monitoring the status of advancement, identifying divergences and defining eventual corrective actions, therefore guaranteeing the prompt and correct start-up of all systems.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><h3>Industrial Planning and Activity Coordination</h3><ul><li>Support in the development of an integrated plan for installing and starting the equipment and plants of the construction site.</li><li>Coordinating activities between:</li><li><b>Construction</b>(carrying out civil engineering works)</li><li><b>Procurement</b>(procuring the required equipment)</li><li><b>Plant&Equipment</b>(installation, assembly and commissioning).</li></ul><h3>Program Development</h3><ul><li>Drafting work detailed work programs through Gantt diagrams, with the timings and responsibilities of each department.</li><li>Collaborating with all parties concerned to ensure that all activities are fully synchronised with the project deadlines.</li></ul><h3>Supervision of Request, Purchase and Delivery processes</h3><ul><li>Defining a timetable to:</li><li>issue the Purchase Requests,</li><li>prepare technical information (specifications, layouts, etc,)</li><li>deliver assets, services and supplementary components to the construction site</li><li>Constantly monitoring the status of all activities, identifying risks, delays and advancement and recovery opportunities; proactively assess eventual supplier on-site inspections.</li><li>Controlling the status and delivery of plants and mobile equipment, ensuring their arrival and readiness according to construction site needs.</li></ul><h3>Reports and Documentation</h3><ul><li>Providing clear and consistent reports regarding the project's progresses and the readiness of all equipment and plants.</li><li>Periodically preparing and updating the production reports regarding the project's initial phases.</li></ul><h3>Progress Monitoring, Analysis and Management</h3><ul><li>Tracking the progress of planned activities, identifying delays, risks and opportunities for improvement; interacting with all organizational levels and carrying out on-site assessments.</li><li>Critically analysing plan variations, recommending corrective actions and activating escalation activities when required.</li><li>Identifying and implementing (or contribute to implementing) corrective actions and recovery or improvement plans, acting as a focal point to ensure that activities are correctly carried out and the correct start-up.‑</li><li>Ensuring</li></ul><h3>Technical and Digital Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI).</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint, used to prepare analyses, reports and presentations for the Management</li><li>Advanced skills in creating and managing Gantt diagrams.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><h3>Personal skills</h3><ul><li>Effective communication.</li><li>Excellent analytical and summarizing skills.</li><li>Proactive for collaboration and capable of interacting in multicultural contexts, by speaking with various Departments and organizational levels.</li><li>Capable of working under stress and of managing uncertainty, ensuring quality and a complete output, also highlighting any eventual issues and actions.</li><li>Strongly result and pragmatism oriented.</li></ul><h3>Goal of the Role</h3><p>Supporting the construction site in defining and keeping a detailed industrial plan for equipment, plants and civil works. Acting as a reference point for coordinating between Departments, ensuring the project's correct execution and that equipment works perfectly.</p><h3>Educational and Experience requirements</h3><ul><li>Engineering Degree (three-year or MSc), preferably in Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial, Civil or Management Engineering; Masters' or MBA's are also evaluated positively.</li><li>1-3 years of experience as a consultant and/or in similar roles in structured companies, belonging preferably to the industrial or infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Willingness to travel and to move abroad for short periods (2-3 years).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
