Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Marketing Specialist B2B who will be in charge of creating, planning, and executing local trade strategies.Your ImpactExecute the segment marketing plan, in accordance with the Marketing ManagerOrganize and manage local trade marketing events (trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc.) coordinating all local suppliers involvedMaintain a clean database which is consistent with the business objective of growing penetrationDeploy all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailings, web marketing) to generate leads, orders and sales in accordance with the Segment Sales strategyLeverage merchandising value and ensure proper stock management and controlProvide marketing cost reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities, ROIs and sales targets of the different lines of businessSupport the Inside Sales team in maximizing the database by developing lead-driving campaigns able to reach potential new customers as well as maintaining existing customers’ energy, loyalty and interest in TechnogymAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:1-3 years’ experience as Trade Marketing Specialist or time spent in the field of marketing/communicationsMarketing and market analysis skillsKnowledge of CRM would be a plusProject Management and problem solving skillsKnowledge of sell out tools & merchandisingAbility to create and cultivate a networkPresentation & Communications SkillsTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
