Arkan Marketing Services is hiring a Junior Inventory Associate to support inventory management across multiple e-commerce channels.The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, updating inventory across platforms, and ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory to support smooth day to day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain inventory across Shopify and other sales channelsMonitor stock levels across platforms and ensure consistencyConduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system recordsIdentify and report inventory discrepancies across channelsTrack returns and cancellations, ensuring items are correctly added back into inventoryCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock updatesTrack fast moving and low stock items for timely replenishmentRequirementsBasic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsUnderstanding of basic inventory management conceptsProficiency in Excel / Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentTo Apply: Send your CV to career@arkanmktg.com
