Junior Information Manager

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>AtkinsRéalis is hiring an experienced Junior Information Manager for our Middle East Site Ops delivery team. This person will be carrying out a mix of functions that span from internal process improvements to supporting construction project delivery supervision. The successful candidate should be a people, process and technology focused individual whose main duty will be to ensure that the project delivery team(s) adhere to agreed standards and best industry methodologies. The candidate will also actively support project teams on proposal/bids and project delivery tasks.</p><h3>Your role</h3><ul><li>Ensure contractor's'Electrical&Mechanical BIM models comply with: BEP, EIR, ISO 19650, project BIM standards and LOD/LOI requirements at each project stage</li><li>Review and enforce naming conventions, coordinates, file structures, and data attributes</li><li>Monitor adherence to BIM submission schedules and milestones</li><li>Review Electrical&Mechanical BIM models for: power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, earthing&lightning protection systems and constructability, accessibility, and maintainability</li><li>Verify alignment with: approved design drawings&specifications and authority requirements (RTA/DEWA/Civil Defense etc.)</li><li>Raise technical comments, NCRs, and non-compliance reports</li><li>Lead and manage electrical&mechanical coordination with: architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, and systems models</li><li>Review clash detection reports (Navisworks/Solibri): prioritize high‑risk electrical&mechanical clashes and track resolution with contractor teams</li><li>Ensure electrical&mechanical routing avoids conflicts with structure and MEP systems</li><li>Review and approve: federated models, clash reports, model‑based quantities (5D where applicable), 4D construction sequence integration related to electrical&mechanical works</li><li>Ensure models are suitable for: construction and asset handover / FM integration</li><li>Support teams using BIM for: electrical&mechanical installation sequencing, access and clearance checks and temporary works coordination</li><li>Validate shop drawings derived from BIM models</li><li>Assist with RFI resolution using model‑based analysis</li><li>Ensure electrical&mechanical assets are properly tagged, classified and linked with O&M data</li><li>Review COBie / asset data sheets (if required)</li><li>Verify as‑built electrical&mechanical models reflect site conditions accurately</li><li>Track electrical&mechanical BIM progress vs baseline program</li><li>Report risks, delays, and coordination issues to BIM Manager/PMC leadership</li><li>Participate in BIM progress and coordination meetings</li><li>Advise PMC&client on: electrical&mechanical BIM risks, constructability issues and design gaps discovered through models</li><li>Challenge contractor assumptions when needed</li><li>Experience in working with both consultants/contractors</li><li>Technically capable of producing and managing LOD 300, 400&500 BIM models</li><li>Will ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM modelling and the collaboration and coordination with other disciplines for design‑changes and model challenges</li><li>Experience working in the built environment, in all disciplines</li><li>Monitor and validate as‑built model tagging with all related project documents (e.g. H&S file(s) and O&M manual(s))</li><li>Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal reviews and coordination meetings</li><li>Support BIM manager and project delivery team(s) in day‑to‑day BIM implementation activities</li><li>Support BIM manager with planning and construction activities with proposed 4D sequencing model(s) review and progress reporting</li><li>Provide progress and performance updates to BIM manager on fortnightly and monthly basis</li><li>Record, store and maintain all formal correspondences related to BIM activities</li><li>Must have solid understanding of CDE platforms like BIM 360/ProjectWise</li><li>Monitor and support data collection process and validate Asset Information Model (AIM) with CMMS requirements for example: Construction Operation Building Information Exchange (COBIE) and/or client‑specific requirements</li><li>Providing coordination reports of the interfaces between engineering disciplines / design and construction / temporary and permanent works design activities, through the BIM process</li><li>Ensure Project Information Model (PIM) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with the BIM manager on design‑changes and model challenges</li><li>Work closely with the BIM Manager to support the in‑house architectural, general engineering and civil design discipline teams with day‑to‑day and long‑term duties, tasks and training</li><li>Understanding of Dynamo BIM</li><li>Coaching and mentoring training for project team related to BIM applications</li><li>Technically capable of handling
