**Role Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Understand the importance of revenue, productivity, chargeability, and client relationships, and effectively apply this understanding to your daily tasks.
- Deliver specified deliverables to clients within set deadlines.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members as needed.
- Collect necessary data from clients and input it into the database.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Support clients with service delivery matters and attend client meetings as required.
- Ensure required data is received from clients on time.
- Prepare and submit approved returns, reports, and accounts accurately and timely.
- Review, test, and reconcile work and data received from third parties.
- Handle VAT returns, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, as well as statutory reporting.
- Follow defined processes and demonstrate basic problem-solving skills.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Be self-motivated, well-organized, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude.
**Key Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, and other key accounting software is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with knowledge of Arabic being advantageous.
