Junior Elevator Systems Engineer

Working under the guidance of senior engineers and service managers, the role ensures that all equipment operates safely and in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.<br><br>The position requires fundamental knowledge of elevator systems, along with basic electrical and mechanical understanding, and a strong willingness to learn through hands-on experience. The candidate will assist in troubleshooting faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and providing basic customer updates when needed.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and execute production plans in line with project timelines</li><li>Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and tools for production</li><li>Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity</li><li>Reduce production downtime, waste, and inefficiencies</li><li>Track and analyze production KPIs (output, efficiency, rework)</li><li>Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives</li><li>Ensure all production meets required quality standards and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals</li><li>Address defects and implement corrective actions</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety regulations</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications</li><li>Support resolution of technical issues in production</li><li>Ensure correct fabrication and assembly of elevator components</li><li>Liaise with vendors for technical clarifications</li><li>Supervise technicians and production workforce</li><li>Provide guidance and on-the-job training</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures</li><li>Foster teamwork and productivity on the shop floor</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly production reports</li><li>Track material usage and production performance</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits and compliance</li><li>Update management on progress and challenges<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering<br><br>3–6 years of experience in production, fabrication, or elevator industry</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
