This role involves collaborating with project teams, supporting client engagements, and contributing to the development of KBS’ advisory methodologies and frameworks.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Consulting and Advisory</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the project team to contribute to the successful execution of advisory engagements in areas such as HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation.</li><li>Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality consulting insights and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements to enhance client efficiency.</li><li>Work with internal consultants and external experts to deliver tailored advisory services to clients.</li></ul><h3>Business Development</h3><ul><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attract new clients and expand KBS' market presence.</li><li>Assist in identifying potential leads and support the initial stages of the lead-to-close cycle. Work closely with senior team members and the Commercial division to ensure leads are properly qualified and transitioned for further management and closing by more senior staff.</li><li>Support in the development of technical and commercial proposals that align with client needs and market trends.</li><li>Help maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-up.</li></ul><h3>Internal Consulting</h3><ul><li>Assist in the implementation of KBS' corporate strategy in collaboration with the Transformation Management Office.</li><li>Identify gaps in internal operations and support initiatives to close these gaps and improve efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to support the successful execution of strategic internal initiatives.</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of KBS' proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership content.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Eligibility:</b>Must be a registered on the<b>Taqat</b>platform, meeting all Tamheer program criteria.</li><li><b>Education:</b>Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Proficient in MS office tools, especially PowerPoint.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
