This role involves collaborating with project teams, supporting client engagements, and contributing to the development of KBS’ advisory methodologies and frameworks.ResponsibilitiesConsulting and AdvisoryWork closely with the project team to contribute to the successful execution of advisory engagements in areas such as HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation.Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality consulting insights and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.Identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements to enhance client efficiency.Work with internal consultants and external experts to deliver tailored advisory services to clients.Business DevelopmentContribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attract new clients and expand KBS' market presence.Assist in identifying potential leads and support the initial stages of the lead-to-close cycle. Work closely with senior team members and the Commercial division to ensure leads are properly qualified and transitioned for further management and closing by more senior staff.Support in the development of technical and commercial proposals that align with client needs and market trends.Help maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-up.Internal ConsultingAssist in the implementation of KBS' corporate strategy in collaboration with the Transformation Management Office.Identify gaps in internal operations and support initiatives to close these gaps and improve efficiency.Collaborate with various departments to support the successful execution of strategic internal initiatives.Assist in the development and maintenance of KBS' proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership content.Candidate RequirementsEligibility: Must be a registered on the Taqat platform, meeting all Tamheer program criteria.Education: Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree.Proficient in MS office tools, especially PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
