Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed eye examinations to assess patient vision and detect ocular disorders. Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning of various eye conditions. Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of senior ophthalmologists. Provide patient education regarding eye health, treatments, and preventative care. Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology. Medical degree with completion of an ophthalmology residency program. Valid medical license to practice ophthalmology in the relevant region. Board eligibility or certification in ophthalmology preferred. Strong clinical knowledge of ocular diseases and surgical techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
