We're giving small merchants access to the credit they need to stock, grow, and thrive.We are looking for a Junior Collections Officer to support day-to-day collections across our merchant portfolio in Jeddah. If you are reliable, calm with merchants, and take process seriously, this role is for you.THE ROLEWhat you\'ll own here.Conduct daily soft collections: track payments, promises to pay, and settlement status across your merchant portfolioMaintain accurate, timestamped collection notes for every merchant interactionConfirm payment receipts and update account status promptlyMonitor assigned merchant accounts across current, arrears, and delinquent bucketsIdentify early risk signals — payment pattern changes, frequent PTPs, stock issues — and flag them to the Credit teamEscalate cases according to defined rules and within agreed SLAsFollow collections SOPs without deviation and adhere to the escalation frameworkMaintain daily logs of communications, promises to pay, and payments receivedSupport weekly collections reporting and provide accurate input for recovery metricsProvide actionable feedback on merchant behavior and operational issues to improve processesTHE PROFILEYou're probably a fit if…You have 1–3 years in collections, credit operations, or operations supportYou stay calm and professional with merchants, even in tense conversationsYou follow process precisely — SOPs and escalation frameworks aren\'t a burden, they\'re how you workYou're detail-oriented and keep your logs clean, accurate, and up to dateYou can spot early warning signs in merchant behavior and know when to flag themYou take ownership of your accounts and don\'t let things slip through the cracksTHE ENVIRONMENTWhat working here actually looks like.Structured From Day One: You\'ll be trained on professional collections practices and operate within a clear escalation framework — no guesswork, just good process.Close-Knit Teams: You\'ll work directly with Credit and Operations, in a collaborative environment where your input on merchant behavior actually shapes how we improve.Ground Floor of Something Real: TradePay is early and growing.
