We're giving small merchants access to the credit they need to stock, grow, and thrive.</p><p>We are looking for a Junior Collections Officer to support day-to-day collections across our merchant portfolio in Jeddah. If you are reliable, calm with merchants, and take process seriously, this role is for you.</p><h3>THE ROLE</h3><p>What you\'ll own here.</p><ul><li>Conduct daily soft collections: track payments, promises to pay, and settlement status across your merchant portfolio</li><li>Maintain accurate, timestamped collection notes for every merchant interaction</li><li>Confirm payment receipts and update account status promptly</li><li>Monitor assigned merchant accounts across current, arrears, and delinquent buckets</li><li>Identify early risk signals — payment pattern changes, frequent PTPs, stock issues — and flag them to the Credit team</li><li>Escalate cases according to defined rules and within agreed SLAs</li><li>Follow collections SOPs without deviation and adhere to the escalation framework</li><li>Maintain daily logs of communications, promises to pay, and payments received</li><li>Support weekly collections reporting and provide accurate input for recovery metrics</li><li>Provide actionable feedback on merchant behavior and operational issues to improve processes</li></ul><h3>THE PROFILE</h3><p>You're probably a fit if…</p><ul><li>You have 1–3 years in collections, credit operations, or operations support</li><li>You stay calm and professional with merchants, even in tense conversations</li><li>You follow process precisely — SOPs and escalation frameworks aren\'t a burden, they\'re how you work</li><li>You're detail-oriented and keep your logs clean, accurate, and up to date</li><li>You can spot early warning signs in merchant behavior and know when to flag them</li><li>You take ownership of your accounts and don\'t let things slip through the cracks</li></ul><h3>THE ENVIRONMENT</h3><p>What working here actually looks like.</p><ol><li>Structured From Day One: You\'ll be trained on professional collections practices and operate within a clear escalation framework — no guesswork, just good process.</li><li>Close-Knit Teams: You\'ll work directly with Credit and Operations, in a collaborative environment where your input on merchant behavior actually shapes how we improve.</li><li>Ground Floor of Something Real: TradePay is early and growing.
