Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior AccountantLocation: UAE (Middle East coverage)Department: FinanceVia Medica International Healthcare is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial data and maintaining compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:Record and post daily financial transactions accurately (AP/AR/GL)Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash managementSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesHelp prepare financial reports summaries and statementsReconcile vendor and customer accounts regularlyMaintain organized and up-to-date accounting recordsAssist with VAT preparation and complianceCoordinate with auditors and provide supporting documentsPerform other finance-related tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experienceBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related fieldSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plusStrong attention to detail and good organizational skillsExcellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills General Ledger Reconciliation,Accounting Software,Account Analysis,Journal Entries,QuickBooks,General Ledger Accounting,Accounting,Sage,Account Reconciliation,Bank Reconciliation,Microsoft Excel,Accounts Payable Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
